Metal Roofing

Metal Roofs are known for their toughness and longevity. They typically survive the duration of any housing structure. A metal roof is extremely lightweight which makes them easy to install.

Shingles

Shingles create a watertight, wind-resistant seal that protects your roof from environmental damage. They are available in asphalt, metal, wood, clay, and slate varieties. We frequently install GAF HDZ shingles because they are higher quality shingles that can last up to 50 years. We are also master installers for GAF.

Standing Seam Metal Roofing

Standing seam metal roofing is the highest quality roofing system available and can be used at residential or commercial properties. This system uses a thicker metal at a 24/26 gauge. There are no exposed fasteners with this product. The roofing panels are attached to the roof deck with clamps, which means these roofs do not have any holes from nails or other fasteners which could allow moisture to seep through. The biggest reason to use Shrum’s Roofing for your standing seam metal roof is that we have our own panel machine in our office. This durable, customizable product can be made right in our shop!
